We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team as an Online Senior Art Director, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities
Design and visual concept development for attractive websites, banner ads, and online applications.

Your Profile

• You are highly creative and your UI designs excite clients, consultants and developers. You are flexible and confident working in a variety of styles, from corporate sites to the entertainment industry and beyond.
• You have significant experience with the rules of CI/CD design and can develop and design these on your own on request. Additionally, you can work with existing style guides as well as with less complete specifications. You are very familiar with Usability and you optimize your designs from this point of view.
• You can work with Photoshop and the latest web design tools in your sleep. You collaborate constructively with programmers and web developers and have a good understanding of the technical bases of your field. Ideally, you should have a strong knowledge of HTML. Knowledge of Adobe Flash is a plus.
• You are a team player, and on the basis of your experience in similar positions, you assume overall creative responsibility for projects and lead other designers. You know how to take criticism and do your work reliably, thoroughly, regularly, quickly, and effectively, especially when working under strict deadlines.
